WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner. In general, both prints and originals will be shipped within 3 weeks of placing your order.
We are working as efficiently as possible while following required guidelines to ensure the safety of our workers. Delays can be expected from time to time when supplies are limited. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues within 30 days of the purchase date. We may request to have the print / order returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact email@example.com
If you're not satisfied with the original painting that you received, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. We will issue a refund after it has been returned to us. You must pay the return shipping costs.
If your original arrives damaged, Please contact us imediatly (within 10 days of delivery). firstname.lastname@example.orgPhotos of the damaged crate or box and photos of the damage to the painting or its frame are required.
Originals cannot be replaced, but they can be repaired (if the damage is not extensive.) Originals that are damaged or destroyed during shipping will be handled on a case by case scenario. We may request to have the original painting be returned to us and would provide a return shipping label. Photos of the crate / box will be required along with detailed photos of the damage on the painting or its frame. If the damage is beyond repair, a refund will be issued. We may request to have the original painting be returned to us and will provide a return shipping label. We have yet to have any artwork damaged during shipment, and will do whatever is possible to keep it that way.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unless your order has already gone into production you can cancel it. Please contact email@example.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.

CAN I SHIP TO CANADA/INTERNATIONAL/APO/FPO ADDRESSES?
Yes. Additional charges may apply. Items will be shipped USPS Priority International or FedEx, per request. See our shipping info page for full details.
